Squeaky Music Bougainvillea

boog-3009songs, full-length – released 9.26.2015

The brand new 9-song album “Bougainvillea” features Havana native Julio “Jules” Hierrezuelo as Squeak’s collaborative partner between 2011 – 2013 in Bogotá, Colombia where they met, wrote music, and performed live together. The songs move in and out of upbeat pop to latin-influenced nostalgic sounds with Latin American percussion and beats raging from Son Cubano, Bossa Nova, to Colombian folklore. Cristhian Salazar on bass, Richie Arnedo on drums and percussion, and Juan Guillermo Villarreal Solar on keys – all from the Caribbean costal region of Colombia.
